OPUD Public Works provides integral services to our community every day. Public Works performs technical and operational functions such as: engineering, planning, repair, replacement and maintenance of our water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure and district parks.

Water/Sewer Service Connection Permits

If you are doing any building, new or remodel, in the Olivehurst Public Utility District (Olivehurst and Plumas Lake) boundaries, you MUST complete the Water and Sewer Service Connection Permit Application.

There are permit application fees that must be paid when submitting the permit (unless you qualify for a waiver). There are many items that the fee can be waived such as roofing, hvac, electrical service change-outs, solar (see form for complete listing). Water and Sewer Service Connection Permit Application must be filled out even if you believe you qualify for a waiver.
